EXCHANGES & RETURNS
From the moment you receive your order, you have 7 days to consider exchanging or returning your article. If you indicate your desire to exchange or return your order within these 7 days, you will receive a return number. From the moment you receive your personal return number you have an additional 7 days time to send back your article to us.
In case you would like to exchange an article for a different colour. You can indicate this via our customer service. You will then receive a return number, which you can use to send us back your order. As soon as we have received your order in good condition, we will send you the replacing article. The costs of both exchange articles to Moi Estelle lie with the customer.
If you want to return an article, you can indicate this via our customer service. You are required to fill in your order number and e-mail address. After placing your request for return, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions. After we have received your return order in good condition, the original purchase amount will be reimbursed to your account as soon as possible or within a maximum of 14 days.
Exceptions to exchange/returns
The following articles do not fall under our exchange/return policy:
- Articles which have been used or damaged and/or which have been altered
- Articles of which tags have been removed
- Articles of which the original packaging is missing or damaged.
- Returned articles exceeding the allowed time frame of requesting a return and/or which have been sent back too late.
- Articles returned without a (valid) return number.
- Returned articles inadequately stamped.
- In circumstances mentioned above, we will not accept the returned order.
Costs of Exchange and Returns
The costs of both exchange and returns of articles to Moi Estelle lie with the customer, unless you have received a wrong and/or damaged article as a result of complications at our end. In this case we will immediately reimburse you for the costs of return. We request you to indicate such a mishap via our customer service as soon as possible, or within a maximum of 24 hours.
